Berwick Indoor Carpet Bowls Success

The season is well under way and has been very exhausting with some players having played 10 out of 11 days with Berwick Club Competitions, South Group pennant, South Group Inter Group representation, South Group competitions & VIBBA competition games.

The Victorian Group Championships team was selected for South Group to play at Ballarat on the Queens Birthday weekend (June 9-11) against the other 9 groups within Victoria.

The successful club members selected to represent were:

Ladies Triples – Beryl Letet (skip)

Mixed Pairs – Doris Christoffersen (lead)

Men’s Fours – Chris Christoffersen (lead)

Men’s Singles – Michael Adams

Berwick members had some great results over this Victorian Championship weekend with the following results:

South Group competition events are nearly finished with the Champion of Champion Singles to be played at Keysborough on Saturday 21^st July 2012.
